NOM-006-ASEA-2017
Specifications and Technical Criteria for Industrial Safety, Construction, Setup, Operation, Maintenance, Shutdown, and Decomissioning of Land Facilities for the Storage of Oil and Oil-bearing Substances with the Exception of Liquefied Petroleum Gas.
General Administrative Statutory Provisions
Technical opinions and evaluations for land based transport via pipelines of oil-bearing substances in the general administrative statutory provisions as established by the industrial, operative, and environmental protection guidelines for the land based transport via pipelines of oil-bearing substances.
Technical Reports and the performance of Technical Assessments, in accordance with the general administrative provisions that establish the Guidelines for the formation, implementation, and authorization of Industrial Safety, Operational Safety, and Environmental Protection Management Systems applicable to the activities of public dispensing of Natural Gas, distribution, and public dispensing of Liquid Petroleum Gas and other fuels.
Technical Reports and the performance of Technical Evaluations in accordance with the general administrative provisions that establish the Guidelines for the formation, implementation, and authorization of the Industrial Safety, Operational Safety, and Environmental Protection Management Systems applicable to activities in the Hydrocarbons Sector.
