• Mechanical integrity surveys and engineering supervision to assess the service aptitude of static and dynamic equipment as well as pipeline networks of the viscosity reduction plant of the “Miguel Hidalgo” refinery. Certification ad said equipment according to the requirements of norms API-510, API-570, ASME section VIII and ASME-ANSI B31.3 (2011 – 2012).
• Mechanical integrity surveys and engineering supervision to assess the service aptitude of static and dynamic equipment as well as pipeline networks of the H-OIL plant of the “Ing. Antonio M. Amor” refinery. Certification of said equipment according to the requirements of norms API-510, API-570, ASME section VIII and ASME-ANSI B31.3 (2012 – 2013).
• Mechanical integrity assessment of the U-3100 pipeline networks for the H.D.R. complex of the “Miguel Hidalgo” refinery (2013).
• Certification and ruling according to norm API-510 of the reactor DC-4101 in plant HDD-5 of sector 8 of the “Miguel Hidalgo” refinery (2013).
• Determination of the mechanical integrity of static equipment and piping systems of the combined 1, primary 2, and high vacuum 4 plants in the “Miguel Hidalgo” refinery. Certification of said equipment according to the requirements in norms API-510, API-570, ASME section VIII, and ASME-ANSI B31.3 (2014 – 2016).
• Determination of the mechanical integrity of tower DA-304 in the alkylation plant of the “Ing. Dovalí Jaime” refinery. Certification of the plant equipment according to the requirements in norms API-510, API-570, ASME section VIII, and ASME-ANSI B31.3 (2015 – 2016).
• Determination of the mechanical integrity and certification of the piping systems in the pump housing for the refinery “Ing. Dovalí Jaime” according to the requirements of norms API-570 and ASME-ANSI B31.3 (2017).
• Determination of the mechanical integrity of the ammonia storage spheres TE-202 and TE-203 of plant Cosoleacaque for the fertilizer division of PEMEX. Certification of said equipment according to the requirements of norms API-510 and ASME Sección VIII (2017).
• Review service, update and evaluation of the conformity of static equipment in accordance to NOM-020-STPS-2011, in the Refineries of the National Refining System (2022-2024).

• Procurement, expediting, and supervision of the manufacturing and assembly of mechanical and electrical equipment and well as instrumentation and control systems for the marine platforms in the Cantarell project (Bechtel) for the PEMEX Exploration and Production division (1997 – 2000).
• Procurement and supervision during the engineering and manufacturing of the mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation equipment for several Bechtel projects (1998 – 2023).
